Working Generic

What is the major difference between Zoloft and its generic equivalent?

Also, how long does it take to start really working? I took the generic for three days without side effects, but I'm always a little anxious.

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) there is no difference between generic and name brand drug. Usually with anti-depressants, it takes 1-3 weeks to see any full effect. Remember, it must implement in your system.
