Vinyl Dust

I need a solution for keeping dust out of a pool in a hot environment?

I was look in the dome of a vinyl swimming pool to keep the dust. I'm in the desert with summer temperatures above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The main problem I ran into is that it is said to raise the water temperature to 40 degrees higher. Does anyone know any other solutions? Or any other information useful to know the domes of the pool? Thank you.
