Retractable Projector
retractable projector screen problem?

Anyway chances are that nothing is broken but the only way to solve this problem is to remove the cover (if applicable) then pull the screen al-bottom to get a better view of the roller mechanism. Check the alignment of equipment, also check the tensioner or Spring and gear if necessary. Do not remove because it is very difficult to deal with stress points oriented like this.
