Sony Vegas 8 Pro Question. How do I move frame by frame?

I'm trying to edit a video, and for the most part I'm getting the hang of it fairly quickly. I already figured out that you can move by using the arrow keys when it's paused, but instead of moving forward one frame, it moves by about 3 or 5 frames. is there another way to move it even less so i can splice it where i want it? thanks!

left or right arrow will move one frame at a time, up arrow will zoom you in to the time line so that you can see individual frames.
