Mount Plasma / LCD TV stand or wall use?

Hello, I'm trying to determine if I should mount my TV on a wall or go with a TV. I lean toward the TV stand because I find it easier to get to the back of the TV when not mounted. So when he got you again to store your cable box, DVD player and receiver, and since I'm in an apartment, I can not fish walls to hide the cables. On the other hand, I support that if the tilt angle can be well adjusted, it looks cool on the wall and saves space. Thoughts? Advantages / disadvantages?
